At Active Care Store, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely across the UK.

📦 Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are processed the same day

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends are processed the next working day

🚀 Delivery Time & Charges

  • Standard Delivery: £3.95

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 working days

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or public holidays.

  • You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched

  • Where possible, items in a single order are shipped together

🔁 Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used cosmetic/skincare products (for hygiene and safety reasons), unless faulty

  • Items damaged due to misuse

⚠️ Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of:

    • The item received

    • Packaging

    • Shipping label

✅ Resolution Options:

  • Full refund

  • Replacement (subject to availability)

  • Return label provided (free return)

For such cases, we cover return shipping costs.

💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after approval

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected

📦 Undelivered or Missing Parcels

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours

  • We will initiate an investigation with the courier

  • Based on the outcome, a replacement or refund will be issued

🏠 Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout

  • Address changes must be requested before dispatch

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect addresses provided

🔄 Return Shipping Costs

  • Free return shipping for faulty or incorrect items

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
